3. Registration in the application
   • Some parts of the application are only available to registered members, such as the use of the E-mail service, and others.

5. Electronic Copying of Documents

   Electronic copying of WAM forms or newly published certificates is only available for personal use, in case those materials are intended to be submitted formally to any side. You must use the officially WAM issued forms.

6. Arabic and English versions

   Information on this application is published in Arabic and English languages. In case of discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, priority goes to the original version.

7. Enforceable Laws

   This document is protected and interpreted according to the UAE continued laws, and the UAE judiciary is the authorized body that will adjudicate any conflict arising from this document.

8. Amendments

   WAM may amend the clauses of this document without prior notice and includes modifications on the terms of use.

   WAM will not be held liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages that arise as a result of your inability to use the application, including without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of data, computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages.

   In case of violation of these terms and conditions, WAM will undertake and follow all legal procedures that will expose the violator to civil and criminal liability. Investigations will be initiated in cases involving such violations, and the violator will be prosecuted.
