1. Marks

   Marks and logos on the application are owned by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), and it is prohibited to use them without the Agency’s prior permission, excluding what is permitted by the law or legislation.

2. Prohibited uses of the Application

   WAM prohibits the use of its application for any prohibited or illegal purposes, in accordance with the terms of use and notes. WAM also prohibits its use in a way that harms and disrupts the application, as well as its use to transmit, publish, distribute or circulate any defamatory, obscene, immoral or illegal material or information, along with intellectual property rights, copyrights, marks and logos.

   Users or visitors are prohibited from conducting any testing, surveys or programming that could infect the application and its network or systems, as well as violating these procedures and their safety, except with the permission or prior official permission of the Agency.

   Users, surfers and visitors are prohibited from attempting to interfere with any service provided by the Emirates News Agency, WAM, to any user, surfer and visitor. It is prohibited to increase loading, carry out DDoS attacks, or seek UDB flooding by sending e-mails or using botnet technology in any efforts to destroy the website, or undermine its integrity.
